YALÇIN BORU JEOTERMAL was established in 1997, on a total area of 23,000 m² with 7,200 m² indoor area, with the purpose of meeting the requirements of the industry at the utmost level.

CORPORATE

Taking place within the body of DOĞAN JEOTERMAL operating as the leading corporation in Geothermal Energy industry, YALÇIN BORU JEOTERMAL has been carrying out the manufacturing of Standard Type Pre-insulated Pipe (Geothermal Pipe) and fittings, Industrial Type (rock wool reinforced) Insulated Pipe and fittings, Pre-insulated Flexible Plastic Pipes (PP-R, Glass Fibre Reinforced PP-R, HDPE) and fittings, and Polyethylene Pipe (PE 100) and fittings for a period of more than 24 years.

Started its manufacturing activities in 1997 in Ankara İvedik Organised Industrial Zone and started continuing its activities in Polatlı Organised Industrial Zone on an area of 23,000 m² in 2000, Yalçın Boru operates by using the technology that is the requirement of the era at the utmost levels in accordance with the manufacturing standards EN 253, EN 448, EN 15632 and EN 12201-2 with its expert staff in their fields.

In addition, as a TSE-certified organisation, rendering service in accordance with the standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, Yalçın Boru adopts the concept of high quality production and service and accordingly avoids compromising from customer satisfaction.

Yalçın Boru provides services mainly in geothermal energy and in many sectors such as district heating and cooling, energy generation, construction, greenhouse cultivation, tourism and maritime, by prioritising the principles of quality and customer satisfaction, and takes part in many important domestic and international projects.

PRODUCTS
Standard type pre-insulated pipes are the basic products of our insulated pipe systems and they are manufactured in accordance with the standard TS EN 253.
The maximum temperature strength of standard type pre-insulated pipes is 140 °C. For this reason, rock wool reinforced (industrial type) pre-insulated seamless steel pipes must be used in lines that are required to operate at higher temperatures such as hot water, hot oil and steam lines.
Galvanised steel pipes, which are resistant to and all kinds of wear such as corrosion etc. compared to black pipes, are manufactured as pre-insulated to prevent heat loss when used in service water installations, fire hydrant lines and boiler lines.
As Yalçın Boru, we provide the opportunity of use of various plastic pipes such as PP-R, glass fibre reinforced (composite) PP-R, HDPE, Pex-A, PVC for pre-insulated flexible plastic piping systems as pre-insulated in systems for service water, thermal water transmission and distribution and hygienically sensitive systems.
GRE and GRP pipes have advantages such as lightness, corrosion resistance, high pressure strength, and they are manufactured as pre-insulated under the brand of Yalçın Boru.
Pre-insulated stainless steel pipes have higher corrosion resistance and oxidation strength compared to other steel pipes. It has a wide range of use such as the food and dairy industry, maritime industry and chemical industry. The preservation of heat in the lines used in these fields is provided by pre-insulated stainless steel pipes.
Ductile cast iron pipe is a pipe type preferred in main transmission lines since it has superior properties such as corrosion strength and abrasion resistance as it is made of cast iron, as well as being able to stretch without deformation. In regions where the temperature is low, freezing frequently occurs on the main transmission lines, especially in winter. Such problems can be avoided by using pre-insulated ductile iron pipes.
In addition to its high conductivity and machinability, due to its suitability for processes such as soldering, welding, etc., and its easy formability, copper pipes have a wide range of use such as sanitary installations, solar energy systems, and air and oil installations. As a standard, we can do insulation on copper pipes between diameters of Ø15 – Ø80, as well as in different diameters upon request.
All steel fitting products up to the diameter 48” in accordance with the standard TS EN 448 and fittings of other pipe types as special production can be manufactured as pre-insulated fittings.
Pre-insulated drain point, spool and collector manufacturing for all your needs in industrial piping systems are carried out with high quality in our facility.
PRE-INSULATED VALVES
(Line Shut-off Valves, Air Release Valves, Relief Valves and Combinations)
In case of request, all valves necessary for control of the flow can be manufactured in combination with air release and relief valves, as pre-insulated, and in accordance with the standard TS EN 488.
Joint insulation kits are the kits that include all equipment that will be needed to complete the on-site insulation of the uninsulated parts at the ends – as required by the standard – for the installation and welding of pre-insulated pipes and fitting products.
